After you have finished buying in your garden patio furniture and you have set it out as you like, it is time to park yourself in one of your new patio chairs with one of your favourite drinks and maybe a pen and paper, and take stock of the situation.
Is your garden patio a little congested or do you have plenty of room? Are there other things you would like to have out there? How about plant life? Do you have enough plants and bushes - eye candy? Will you be using it only in the daytime or in the evening or even at night too? Will you need lighting, for instance?
This is where your own personal stylishness can be added to your shop bought furniture to make the patio truly your patio. So, if you live in a house that only has a small garden, you might want to think about things that hang rather than things that must be sited on the ground, which will take up walking space.
If you do not have much room, but you want to grow plants with edible fruit such as strawberries or tomatoes, you could get some hanging baskets. You can hang them from bushes or standard lamps or fix them to a boring wall. Similarly, you could grow herbs or other small flowers in a window box which has been fixed to a wall or placed on top of it. Or put shelving up and put boxes and pots on that.
If your patio is too sunny, you could grow sunflowers or put up a trellis or an arbour and grow vines or clematis up it. Bamboo grows fast too. If it is too shady, plant lots of bright yellow and white flowers and maybe paint the walls white or pink, if you are not keen on glare.
If your garden patio is a much larger, you could add garden accessories in order to further your enjoyment. For instance, you could build a barbecue area out of stone slabs or bricks. You could add a fountain too. A fountain makes the very soothing sound of running and splashing water and fish are a pleasure to look at.
For the colder months, you could build a fireplace, if local bylaws permit or get a patio heater. They are very efficient and can keep a fair radius warm, depending on the ambient temperature.
You will probably need some type of lighting as well, if you reckon on spending some evenings on your patio. I suggest a few spotlights to highlight your favourite flowers and the fountain and a broader beam light that you can read by. Do not put these lights near where you mean to sit because they will attract flying insects. However, they make a good distraction from you and will keep all but the blood sucking insects away.
For parasites such as mosquitoes, you should get some form of mosquito trap. Some are very good and promise to keep a quarter or even half an acre clear of mosquitoes and other such nuisances.
For all these additional accessories you will need power points. Therefore, if you plan your garden with pen and paper like I mentioned at the beginning of this article, then you will be able to show the electrician where you want the points and what-not in your new garden patio layout.

If you have converted your garage into a workshop or home office, you are sure to need heating of one form or another. This is because most garages are not built to the same standards of insulation as the main domestic building. However, that need not be a problem. You may even have the opposite problem during the summer, as garages often do not have windows, or at least large ones, either.
Ventilation could be another matter that you will have to cope with, but we will come to that later. If you have a plentiful supply of dead wood, you could set up a pot-bellied stove, but you will have to vent the flue outside. This is very easily done, since most garage walls are only one brick or block thick. However, if they do not burn correctly, there can be a smell, which you may find unpleasant.
Or you could use a paraffin/kerosene heater. They are cheap to buy and are readily portable. These heaters do not necessarily have to have a flue. They are easy to turn on as many of them employ an electric starter. Some also have a thermostat to regulate the temperature. They can be a hazard if there are children around as they can be tipped over. However, for most people, the glitch would be the smell given off.
You could use an electric hot air heater. They are quite cheap to buy, are easily portable and do not require a flue, but they can create a very dry atmosphere and are costly to run.
One of the most common choices these days is a gas heater. There are many different types of gas heater, but most run on butane or propane. Most of the models are fairly inexpensive. The main benefit of a gas heater is that they give consistent heat, are fairly cheap to run and are portable. Or at least many of them are.
You could have one built in, but it is hardly worth it, unless you are using gas that needs to be vented. Propane gas heaters also come with or without thermostatic controls. A propane heater could also double as a patio or deck heater on chilly evenings.
These gas heaters come in two forms: vented and unvented. The unvented models are the portable ones. They use the air from the room and the vented models have a flue that vents straight out of the garage. The slight disadvantage of the unvented model is that you have to keep the room airy at all times.
Therefore, if you choose a portable, unvented propane heater, you must leave a window partly open in order to allow the exchange of air and these heaters can be used as patio or deck heaters during the spring and autumn/fall. However, the vented gas heaters are fixed and have a flue attached, so they cannot be taken outside. Furthermore, if you decide on a vented model, you would be better off getting a professional in to install it for you by the book.

One of the biggest expenditures when you go to college is probably one that you haven’t given a great deal of thought to, and that is the textbooks. You can go to a store and buy a book for, say, $150. You take exceptional care of it then go back to the store to sell it back and they offer you a paltry $25.
This is the textbook game and unfortunately the students are never the winners. If you go back to that shop at the start of the next semester, there is every chance that you will find the same book in the used section for $120. The way to beat this system is to resell your books online.
The two biggest places to sell your book on is eBay or Amazon. eBay will charge a small percentage for selling it and this is calculated depending on the price that it goes for.
Amazon is a well respected site and has a good reputation. A lot of people don’t realize that are buying from individuals using the site, and think they are buying from Amazon itself.
Amazon is a better option as it will give better results in the search engines and in peoples minds they are buying from Amazon when they are really buying from an individual who has listed something on the Amazon site.
Public forums are well known as places where people try to sell things as they want to avoid fee but there are two major drawbacks; there is a much smaller audience and there are so many scams around that a lot of people are reluctant to part with money when they have no comeback.
Both eBay and Amazon have well respected ratings systems so you can see a sellers reputation, a few forums have this but most don’t.
The easiest, and safest way, to receive the money for your book is through PayPal. Once it’s in your account you can either use the money to shop online or transfer it into your bank account. A standard fee of approx 3% applies for the transaction.

If you create a big enough “why” you want to accomplish something, the “how” you’re going to make it happen will always come.
The reason why you go after something must be really big. In fact, it must be larger than yourself.
The why in any worthy goal is also called the “Purpose” or “Mission Statement.” When you create a purpose for why you want something, and only maintain your focus on this “why” success will be inevitable.
Here’s the process for greater success in any area of life.
1. Determine what you want. If you are not certain what you want, then look at what you do not want. Now choose the opposite to determine what you want.
2. Identify what specific results this desire will give your life. Will it make you happier, healthier, wealthier, or more loving? Specifically write down what this desire will give your life. Include emotions because the subconscious mind loves emotions.
3. Now you need a plan of action with goals and the action steps. Do not worry about knowing every single thing right now. Just write the best plan of action you can at this time. For now, it is important to just get started. You plan will change along the way.
4. You will need to assign a completion date for each of your action steps. Don’t pay attention to limitations or perceived obstacles during this part of the process. The key to success is to continually move forward to your desired result. Do not give any energy or attention to anything that tried to prevent it. You may see things like lack of money, time knowledge, or energy. Everything may be overcome along the way. Remember, the main objective is to get stared and stay focused on exhausting each of your current action steps. New possibilities will arise when your current action steps are completed.
5. Drive your course as if you were driving a vehicle. Stay focused on your destination and don’t abandon your journey because of unforeseen things occurring. Make life adjustments to your desires instead of having your desires adjust to your life. Can you imagine driving to work and noticing your gas gauge says “Empty?” Would you pull in for gas or turn the car around and go back home? Of course, you’d do what you had to do for more fuel and continue on your way. The same goes for your desires-don’t stop.
Is it really that simple? The answer is that it is not that simple. You will want to use mental training to learn to discipline your mind. Concentrate only on what you want. Avoid thinking about what you do not want. Here is the good news. Mental discipline, just like any exercise, develops in a short spam of time. Your benefits will last a lifetime.
There will be people who read this article who will have an immediate awareness occur in their mind. They will say “I’ve got it!” They will reach a completely new level of success after applying the mentioned process. However, others will talk themselves right out of it. They will justify to themselves why this advice is all wrong for their personal situations. Either way, both groups are right.
As Henry Ford once said, “If you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.”
This is not about a life with no difficulties, but is about living a life based upon expansion. Do not play a smaller game than what you are capable of. Expand into your real self. I encourage you to create your dream life.
I support you in finding a new level of life and self you never knew existed. Your time is now. Begin now to upgrade your life to the next level.
I don’t care to focus on the limitations imposed by life, the economy, health, etc. I decide what I want and then start the process. I’ve shared with you to assist you in creating a new reality. After using the process recommended in this article, you too will create an unbelievable life.

If you have a lovely patio or deck or a beautiful garden, then you have to have good patio furniture in order to enjoy it. There is no finer end to a busy day than sitting outside on the patio with a drink and a newspaper or a book. I like to sit in the garden after the sun has waned a little, but before the mosquitoes come out for a few hours reading a book.
There are many different styles of patio furniture to choose from that range from classic to modern. There is also a full range of choice in that there are chairs, loungers, swinging sofas, tables, outdoor fridges, barbecue sets and patio heaters amongst other things. A full set need not cost more than $1,000, but you can start with a table and two chairs and build up your patio furniture set step by step.
The many choices you have when looking for patio furniture are the style and the material it is made from. Most patio furniture stays outside all day and all night in any weather, so it important to get furniture that is well-made and weather-proof. All weather furniture is normally made from plastic-coated steel, wicker, massive wood or moulded plastic.
Whatever you pick, make sure that the guarantee makes your choice worth the money. For example, I mean, if the furniture costs $200, and has a 12 month warranty, then you should be prepared to pay $4 a week for your investment and everything else is a bonus.
Another tip is to buy your patio furniture from a respectable manufacturer or a trustworthy retailer, unless it is massive timber furniture in which case you will want a reliable local craftsman. It depends where you live of course, but any patio furniture is going to have a hard time of it and it will stay outside sometimes no matter what your intentions are now.
Standard plastic patio furniture is pretty good and will stand up to all but the coldest of weather, which can make it become brittle. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can have the same effect on cheap plastic chairs. White is the usual colour, but there are others. Make sure that you buy something that will take your weight, especially if you are a bit on the heavy side. I have had legs of plastic chairs go on me, but luckily I was on grass both times. On concrete or near the edge of raised decking could be very serious.
Once you have chosen your patio table, chairs and possibly loungers, there are one or two other things that I think are essential to allowing the complete enjoyment of your patio deck. For example, if you want to use your outdoor furniture in the evening you may find it nippy or you may be troubled by insects.
This need not be a problem. You can get a patio heater at quite a reasonable price. A gas patio heater will keep up to eight people lovely and warm. To complete your patio furniture set, you might want a mosquito trap of some sort.

If you have a nice garden, then you probably have a patio of a deck so that you can get every last scrap of enjoyment out of it. Most patio furniture is left outside for a lot of the year so it is best to get high quality garden deck furniture. High quality garden deck furniture is essential if you expect it to withstand the rigours of all kinds of weather and yet last a reasonable length of time too.
Another factor, particularly these days, is the ecology. People want to have as little impact on the ecology as possible, thereby reducing their carbon footprint, as they say. The manufacture of plastic involves polluting the atmosphere with more CFC’s and disposal can cause problems too. Plastic can take decades and decades to bio-degrade.
Metal patio garden furniture also has its problems. It has to be mined and fabricated and people are beginning to worry about robbing Mother Earth of her minerals, but at least old metal can be recycled. That leaves us with timber and especially hardwood. Before, there was a great deal of alarm in almost every country about logging, but a lot of countries have the problem under control now after unrelenting pressure from the West.
Most people understand these days how important it is to look after our planet. There is even a special day to help people remember the Earth’s dire state called ‘Earth Day’. Using hardwood from replenishable sources is the best way to save our forests.
Garden furniture made from hardwood from a guaranteed sustainable source is the most ecological way out. If you look after your hardwood furniture according to the manufacturer’s recommendations for the type of wood you have, it will last for a decade or more. Far longer than any plastic or metal furniture, which you might well have to replace every two years or so.
Acacia hardwood offers a hard wearing and comfortable alternative to teak. In fact, this type of wood is much like teak, as if you leave it untreated it will transform to a silvery grey color. However, it is best to treat all hardwood once or twice a year with suitable oil in order to maintain the warm tones of the timber.
Most people will have a garden patio furniture set of up-right chairs, loungers and a table or two or a nest of small tables. However, there are a few other pieces of furniture that will help you get more pleasure from your garden. It is nice to be able to sit in the garden after it gets dark or when it is a bit chilly too. This can be achieved easily with a few accessories.
I suggest a patio heater, an electric mosquito killer and suitable lighting. Patio heaters are not dear any longer and a single upright propane heater will keep up to eight people warm, depending on their seating pattern. An electric mosquito killer will usually keep a whole garden clear. In fact, some will keep a quarter of an acre or more clear of flying insects. These two items may provide enough light for you, but is best to have a few spots to highlight a plant in bloom or to read by.

The Ontario Companies Branch of the Ministry of Government Services issues Certificates of Status for companies incorporated in Ontario. A Certificate of Status, Certificate of Good Standing or a Certificate of Compliance are different names for the same thing and the name depends on the province or territory in which you request it. Any company in the World can obtain a Certificate of Good Standing from its country, province or territory of origin.
Sometimes a Certificate of Status is requested by an institution in order to confirm that a corporation has met its legal requirements and considered in good standing by the government.
The Certificate of Status for an Ontario company will provide the name of the company, the Ontario corporation number issued by the Ministry of Government Services and its status whether it is or is not in good standing.
All Ontario companies have to file a federal tax return within six months of the financial year end of the company in each year. If returns are not filed the tax department will request the Ontario Companies Branch to dissolve the company. If a Certificate of Status is ordered for a dissolved company it will not be clear.
Ontario companies must file Ontario annual returns each year and if those returns are not filed for a number of years the company will be dissolved. You will not receive a favourable Certificate of Status if a company has been dissolved for non-filing of Ontario annual returns.
When you order an Ontario Certificate of Status it will be issued whether it is clear or not and you cannot get your money back if it is not clear. The Certificate will show the company is not in good standing. Before you will be able to obtain a clear Certificate of Status you will need to update your filings. Any document that is being certified by the Ontario government has a high cost to it. Therefore you will want to ensure that you know in advance whether your company is in good standing so you do not have to order the certificate more than once. If you have outstanding tax returns you can still get a favourable Certificate of Status as long as you have not been dissolved for this reason but you will not receive a favourable certificate if Ontario annual returns are outstanding
An Ontario Certificate of Status is not the same thing as an Ontario company search. If you are looking to find out information such as addresses, names of officers and directors of a company, etc., this would be considered a corporate search and an Ontario Corporate Profile Report should be obtained instead.
If your corporation is selling or buying property, is entering into a major contract, wants to register a car against the corporation, a Certificate of Status might be requested by the law firm, by the government or the bank involved. Any corporation might be asked for confirmation that it has made its proper filings and be requested to provide a Certificate of Status.
Resources for Canadian Business Owners provides information about Certificates of Good Standing for Ontario Companies and other legal products including Ontario Company Searches.

Writers want their work to be read by many; it will mean that they can keep on writing for a living and not as a side-line. Starting out is always hard for any first-time writer. You do not know what to do or how best to market your work. You will probably not be able to afford a high-quality, big city P. R. Firm to do your marketing for you. You may not even have an agent. So how do you get your work known?
Some authors have realized there is a great need for information about writing books. They have therefore, cleverly, written books about how to advertise the book you have written. The tips in the books may or may not be useful, but what IS useful is how you have learned about their book in the first place. Make your own web page and fan site. No one needs to know that you do not have dedicated fans doing this for you. Write a blog. Make a funny video and put it on YouTube. Advertise on your social networking sites. Make your technology (especially free technology!) work for you.
You may actually be in a better situation financially if you live in a small town instead of a big city. Someone from a small town getting a book published is big news in that area. Residents will rush out to see what their neighbor was able to create. Local media and papers will focus stories on you, which is always excellent and free advertising. In a big city, no one would care. You must use every single chance you get in order to get your name out there.
You must think about your own image when you promote yourself. Be a professional, above all else. Off-color or non-funny jokes will hurt your image, as well as if you dress like a slob. You also need to know just how much you should tell about your book. If you reveal the whole story, no one is going to bother reading it. Speak intelligently but do not alienate people with intellectual babble. You must be personable and just a tiny bit mysterious while still forcing yourself onto people’s radar.
You must play on everyone’s memories of you. Talk about the town’s influence on your writing, or your high school, or other local celebrities in order to give a place pride. Be humble. Remember that people will know your parents or remember you from school and will be eager to see what you have done.
Promote yourself as much as you can without becoming irritating. Do television commercials and put up posters. Making deals with local businesses can be a great business move. You just want your book to get out there, even if you are not making much money on it yet. It takes a while for books to pass from hand to hand and for viral advertising to happen.
Access more strategy about appearing on TV shows, Radio Publicity and company Strategy using the media now. Enjoy the outstanding benefits of marketing and promotion for yourself and your company.

You need to differentiate between adverse financial problems. For example, a financial emergency is when you experience a situation that can leave you penniless, homeless or without any significant possessions. You should separate these kinds of emergency from a threatening phone call or a letter from a bill collector.
When experiencing an emergency like these, it is crucial to act at once. You need to start by contacting your creditor. Doing so enables you to work out a temporary solution, which can help you to hang on to your property. However, it doesn’t always work and if it doesn’t, getting in touch with your solicitor to negotiate with the creditor is necessary.
Face up to your Problem: A common misconception in debt problems is that “the less you know, the less it hurts”. However, you have to learn how to face your debt problems. You need to be able to do this since rebuilding and repairing the credit will not happen, unless you know exactly where your money is going or where it has to go instead.
Although it is not harmful to overestimate the amount of your debt, it is always necessary to know how much money you really owe. You can do this by looking at the bills you have received. If you have thrown out your bills without even opening them, you can still call customer services and inquire about them or request duplicates.
Several creditors even use an automated reply system, which can provide the balance you owe and information regarding missed or future payments automatically, which means you do not even have to talk to anyone. Furthermore, information about your account might also be available on your creditors’ web sites. After obtaining the necessary amounts, total them all up, especially your overdue instalment bills.
Options Available for Dealing with Debts: There are various choices available to you for dealing with your debts. One method is to do nothing. This option is probably the most popular method employed by those who are very deep in debt. Frequently, these people have a very low income and maybe no resources and do not usually expect any rise in their lifestyle. If you do not expect any significant income in the near future, you could consider this option.
However, doing nothing does not really help, so maybe you can get some money to pay off your debts. You could do this by selling a major asset, like a car or a house. This can be a good choice if you can no longer afford your car or house payments. Instead of waiting for a repossession or foreclosure to happen, selling the property is always a far better option.
The proceeds you gain from the sales must be put towards reducing your debt. Moreover, you should remember to pay off the liens placed by the creditors and use anything that is left to pay (something) off your other debts. However, before taking this step, ensure that you have already worked out an alternative for your housing or transportation requirements.
A further way to help you pay off your debts, is to cut your expenses. This will aid you not only in the repayment of your debts but also when negotiating with your creditors. Try to reduce the cost of your food by clipping coupons, buying generic brands, shopping when there is a sale on or shopping at discount stores.
However, if you cannot cut your expenses enough, you could always borrow money from a tax-deferred account. Tax-deferred retirement accounts, like IRA or 401(k), can be used to help pay off debts by withdrawing money from them before retirement. However, since you may need to pay a penalty or taxes, this should only be used as your last resort.
